One of my goals is to lose weight. I’m currently obese: I’m at least 110 pounds over the ideal weight for my height. I’m going to share more about my weight-loss journey and what I’m finding helpful.
Today, I came across a useful calculator from VeryWellFit that allows you to calculate how many calories you will burn with different workouts:
I learned that a slow walk at my weight burns around 7 calories. So, going forward, I will do more “walksies” carrying my baby: She enjoys them, and I burn 7 calories per minute. It’s a win-win walk.
